What is the Hassle-Free referral program?

Referral benefits

Hassle-Free may offer a referral program where you can earn rewards or bonuses by referring new customers or advisors to the platform.

How it works

You can generate a unique referral link from your account and share it with potential users. When someone signs up and makes a purchase using your referral link, you may receive credits or other rewards.

Tracking referrals

Monitor the status of your referrals and rewards through the 'Referrals' section in your account settings.

Which payment methods can I use?

Credit/Debit cards

Hassle-Free accepts major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

PayPal

You can also use PayPal to make payments. Log in to your PayPal account during checkout to complete the transaction.

Other methods

Depending on your location, Hassle-Free may offer additional payment methods such as bank transfers or regional payment services. Check the payment options available during the checkout process.

Processing the refund

Original payment method

Refunds are typically processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase. This includes credit/debit cards, digital wallets (such as PayPal), or bank transfers. Hassle-Free cannot change the refund destination once it has been processed.

Partial refunds

If a partial refund is approved, the refunded amount will reflect the unused portion of the service. For example, if you have used half of a lesson package, you might receive a refund for the remaining unused lessons.

Currency considerations

If you made a payment in a currency other than USD, the refund will be issued in the same currency. The amount may vary slightly due to currency exchange rates at the time of refund processing.

How do I get a receipt or invoice?

Accessing receipts

After completing a purchase or payment, you can access your receipt or invoice through your Hassle-Free account. Go to the 'Billing' or 'Transaction History' section to view and download receipts for all your transactions.

Requesting invoices

If you need a formal invoice for business or tax purposes, you can request it from the 'Billing' section. Hassle-Free will generate and email the invoice to the address associated with your account.

Contact support

If you encounter any issues with obtaining receipts or invoices, contact Hassle-Free support for assistance.

What should i do if a teacher asks me to pay outside of Hassle-Free?

Report the incident

If a tutor asks you to make payments outside of Hassle-Free or through unofficial channels, report the incident immediately to Hassle-Free support. Such requests are against Hassle-Free policies and can be fraudulent.

Do not comply

Avoid making payments outside of the Hassle-Free platform. All transactions should be conducted through official Hassle-Free channels to ensure security and protection.
