What are the cancellation and refund policies on Hassle-free?

Hassle-Free has clear policies to ensure a fair and professional experience:

Cancellation policy (Advisor)

Advisor should cancel sessions at least 24 hours in advance. Frequent cancellations may impact your rating.

Cancellation policy (Customer)

Customer can cancel up to 24 hours before the session for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may not be refunded.

Refund requests

If a learner feels a session didn't meet their expectations, they can request a refund. The Hassle-Free team will review each case to determine whether a refund is warranted.

What are Hassle-free guidelines for advisor behavior?

To maintain a professional and respectful environment, Hassle-Free has the following code of conduct for advisor:

Respectful Communication

Always treat learners with respect and maintain professional communication.

Punctuality

Arrive on time for all scheduled sessions. Repeated lateness or no-shows may affect your ratings

Inappropriate Behavior

Offensive language, inappropriate conduct, or harassment is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

Confidentiality

Do not share any personal information or discussions outside the platform. All interactions should remain confidential.
