Advisor should cancel sessions at least 24 hours in advance. Frequent cancellations may impact your rating.
Customer can cancel up to 24 hours before the session for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may not be refunded.
If a learner feels a session didn't meet their expectations, they can request a refund. The Hassle-Free team will review each case to determine whether a refund is warranted.

Arrive on time for all scheduled sessions. Repeated lateness or no-shows may affect your ratings
Offensive language, inappropriate conduct, or harassment is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
Do not share any personal information or discussions outside the platform. All interactions should remain confidential.
